This is actually the exact same kind of body awareness meditation that they taught us in Lamaze class 47 years ago. (Only not so agonizingly slow) 20 minutes will do it.
This meditation make relax my body and mind. Thank you very much Dr. John. I have known you from the Science and Wisdom Summit 2021. I have question that when getting relax on body and mind, I stared to move automatically and yawning, is this mean I have lot of tension on my body and releasing them? Specially when I keep attention on Shoulder, my body move and yawning. Anyone have experience this? Thank you.
Yes! Quite possibly that ur body is destressing. Your vagus nerve(runs our parasympathetic nervous system) maybe relaxing and one of the signs of it is yawning, salivating etc

If you're meditating properly you'd not even noticed fast or slow.. you should try practicing patience..
indeed, meditation is silence, slow itself. To avoid the slowness is to avoid the meditation.
