This wouldn’t be near as funny without the reactions from the guy in the hat. Big props to that actor for doing so much with this small role that brings a lot to this scene.

I know someone who was a cop and their friend(also a cop) was in the back of the car with no uniform. A bus full of kids passed by and they were making fun of them. When they passed the bus again, much to the children’s surprise, he was holding handcuffs in front of him.
