Even if 7600 most of the time is ahead that extra 60W bring watt to performance ratio to same grounds ... means that a solid overclock to 6650xt might give same results... Not that impressed to be honest for so close of performance
Your 6650XT seems to be under-performing its supposed TDP (130-140w out of 180w) and your 7600XT is maxing over its supposed TDP (190w-200w out of 190w) They have remarkably similar specs on paper, same CUs, shaders, frequency, L3 cache, similar memory speeds..
Well one is around 230/40 other 300/10 (on newegg) 7600xt have 16Gb of v ram, its faster in raster...i would buy 7600xt over 6650xt but that is just me.

I got the PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT, is there any diference than the other brands?
