Do you have any updates on Carsifi? I have had one for about 2 months and I hate it. It won't hold a connection for more than a minute before disconnecting and reconnecting. I regret wasting my money on it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I have the same error with mine. It just keeps rebooting. And my car isn't that old it's a 2017 Mazda. The device keeps rebooting on me and flashing green the whole time. It won't even connect to the carsifi wifi
@@COLORWITHME996 I played with the wifi settings in the device and it has resolved for me. I have a first tried connecting both through the cars hotspot and that worked but also didn't allow any data on my phone to use wifi so I was eating cellular data. I then changed it to the third option. I don't remember what is was but the other two were "carsifi" and "vehiclewifi". On the third option (which would probably be second if you don't have a vehicle hotspot) it has worked fine. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
I guess I may have gotten one of the lucky ones because I haven't had an issue with mine at all. Keep in mind mine also installed on an aftermarket Kenwood radio not a factory stereo. I did have one little hiccup after a phone Software update where I had to go in delete everything and then reconnect starting fresh.. But that I cannot clearly say is an issue with this adapter but probably more so the phone software update.
@@hawkinstallations4764 I am trying to get Carsifi to work on a Kenwood unit, can you confirm that you plugged it in to the usb wire from the Kenwood unit.
Have a Carsifi on my 2023 Mazda 3, so far it's working fine. Like having a phone app that allows adjusting settings and getting updates. Recommended.
