My favorite part of the opening ceremony is this particular segment. I studied French revolution, art history and culture, watched many French movies. I really appreciate these scenes. I'm not a gamers, but when I saw the Assassins Creed character back in 2011? I like it without knowing it's a French creator, because of the historical background. The costume was designed by Dior, also the gowns worn by Celine and the French opera singer on the rooftop. The guy who entered the empty stadium was the actor from Amelie Poulain even when the world news announced that the ceremony was not in the stadium was in Amele's style 😊. It seems that there were more than 1 guy who played the assassin Creed during the ceremony, because he said he can't be at the entire city in short period of time. When I watch the scene as he reach his hands to invite the kids to join the boat, his hands are too white compared to the revealed at the end of this video. So there must be more than 1 guy playing assassin's Creed. The Tom Cruise jumping off to the Hollywood sign during the closing ceremony was filled in May, because he can't time travel 😊
There is Assassin’s Creed mainly because Ubisoft is a French company. Just like the cartoon, Minions, because it is created by a French studio. It is to present all forms of French artistic culture, literature, music, cinema, and video games, in addition to sports.
La première statut devant laquelle il s'arrête est la victoire de Samothrace qui représente la Déesse Niké ', déesse de la victoire. On la voit également lors de la cérémonie de clôture qui émerge du continent et s'élève dans les airs.
Thank you for your video. The relationship between the masked man and the Assassin in Assassin’s Creed is very judicious. You also very judiciously refer to Arsène lupin, for a French there are still many more references : the Masked Man in the Boat is a reference to the Phantom of the Opera, whose music is heard in the film. Indeed, a legend says that the Opéra Garnier is built suir a lake, where resides a ghost. When he runs on the rooftops, he can also be reminiscent of a famous character in detective/fantasy literature: Fantomas, who was portrayed in film by French actor Jean Marais. The passage in the Louvre is also a literary reference: Belphegor ou le fantôme du Louvre, which was adapted for French television. The music of Saint-Saens is very well used: indeed, the Danse Macabre is the story of the Death personnified in violinist who wakes up the dead at midnight to lead them in the dance until dawn. In fact, the inanimate characters of the paintings "wake up" and watch the living passing. There is also perhaps an allusion to the music clip "Ghosts" by the French techno music composer Rone and the collective (La) Horde, shot at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Marseilles. Thanks again...
No problem. Some of the things you’ve said, I already knew however, I did not put them in as I wanted to keep the video short (because I was busy at the time of making that video). Despite that, this comment is very enlightening. I would love to make a longer video about the masked torchbearer as there is so much more to unpack with him and his scenes. I really appreciate your comment. It’s helpful so thank you. You don’t mind if I pin this comment so others can see it?
@@Invoguemaestro So many thanks for your response, I understand your desire to make a short video. I'd be honored if you pin the comment, It's very kind of you,

I am thinking of doing a whole break down of the Paris Olympic Olympic ceremony but it is going to take some time until the video can be uploaded (due to research + editing and balancing it out with my studies).

Parkour also started in France.
to be noted: when the figure enters the louvre, he passes by greek status, a tribute the cradle of the olympic games.
