I remember choosing a habit vaguely for the 5 day challenge and I was sad that I couldn’t get anything done. Then I found the baby steps and completed most of the things with ease!!!

Sat down to set up my website today. Today was the day. Literally nothing accomplished. I never ever, just jump in the car and move to a new state, set up a choreography workshop no preplanning lol - audition for things last min, never used to overthink like now. I don't know what changed in me. 😢
I got married and had kids. And the excuses became plentiful after that

It is easy to turn down the volume if it is too high, but impossible to turn it up if it is already at the maximum!
Also when speeding up videos on UA-cam it becomes even more difficult to hear, as the volume further decreases.
btw, Love your videos / information you share !
Most useless video on starting any task. A lot of explaining. Nothing practical in this video. I have a better advice. Just do the damn task.
