In the end, I go through step-by-step how to do it yourself.

In this video, we systematically tackle motivation, stripping away the fluff to zero in on what genuinely drives progress. We break down the mechanics of motivation-fast burn vs. slow burn-and reveal why feel-good strategies alone don't cut it.
I'm laying out a clear, methodical approach to understanding the deep, push factors that fuel us. I distinguish between what pulls us and what truly pushes us forward. This is about leveraging a structured understanding of motivation to blast through our personal barriers.

Facing my fears and insecurities really made me try to create my own channel even though I'm very shy but I don't want to stay in the same place my whole life, this motivation is bigger than my shyness and fear of failing.

I highly advise you to slow down the the speech rate. Although I like the content, it always seems rushed. Also increasing the size of the face circle would make it more humane than a robot propagating ideas. The content is appreciable. If you do not pause between the sentences, the viewer does not get enough time to process, imagine and understand the context of what you are saying and therefore it’s kind of ineffective.

I disagree. One of the reasons I love these videos is because they are fast and to the point.
I guess the person who posted the original comment is maybe a little slow in his or her head? So please don't listen to them and keep doing what you are doing

@@bogosbinted._. It's not a personal comment or judgement, just a fact. like if you're trying to explain 2+2=4 to somebody and s/he says.. aayy slow down i need like a minute to process it, then it's not personal comment but just a fact that the other person might be a bit slow.
