Learning to live with depression. Ep.3: What happened to me?

In this video I share some my own challenges with depression in my own unique and creative way. It is not fully coherent and was more of an attempt to process my own feelings than to say something meaningful. This is now the third video I've made where I am transparent about my mental health struggles and I can honestly say that reflecting on my own emotions, thoughts and experiences and trying to process them by creating something has been a truly healing experience.
