Boil the noodles till almost done. Drain them well or dab them dry. Heat oil on high heat in a pan. Take a handful of noodles at a time and add to the oil. Let them deep fry till crisp and golden on one side, then flip it over and let it fry. Once done, lift it out and drain on a kitchen paper. Cool and use.
