Today I tried your meethe chawal recipe in pressure cooker……it was surprisingly delicious……everyone loved it. Best part is the recipe is so easy and yet delicious. Thanks a lot Chef. In’Shaa’Allah next time I will add some orange peel and juice or pineapple pieces and juice…..it will add more flavour and taste.😊

Just strain it back into a container and use it like normal oil for cooking in the future with other dishes. Fry oil actually can be used multiple times (that's what restaurants do and only throw out old oil after multiple cooks) but at home you can use it for deep frying, re-collected it and use it like any other oil until it's gone.
