Did you come back 20 years in the future to tell us that the cyber truck wouldn’t? How would you know
The cyber trucks battery will last longer than the life space of the V8 plus 2 rebuilds. The CT’s motors will do the same. The Cyber Truck will not rust away and be garbage in ten years as US pickup do I’d they are not in the south western US. (Sometimes less time till the frame has a rust through.). There has been early model Teslas to go over 400,000 miles. I would bet that old square body has already had a rebuild or 2 to reach the age that it has.
But if it make ya’ll feel good to put down the new stuff with no evidence, hell yea!
@@bearlemley why do you believe the cyber truck battery will last past ten years? Because Elon told you that? All EV batteries cells start to deplete by 8 years and need to be replaced at the ten year mark at least. The early model Teslas with 400,000 miles on them went through two batteries at least, same as an engine swap at that point. Not even past the 20 year mark and already getting major repairs. The common sheep can't afford to swap out $20,000 batteries and keep their Teslas on the road hence; they'll be in junkyards and filling them up fast. Not to mention fender benders, which insurance companies will not want to do tens of thousands of dollars of repairs for MINOR breakage.

Rear wheel steering on this vid? Look close…
Good observation!
Yes, I saw that too
Great! More stuff that will break
No vehicle has rear wheel steering. Wtf would you even think that. Look at the video the front wheels turns. Like any other vehicle that is capable of highway speeds.
@@need2connect no, you misunderstood... Obviously the main steering wheels are at the front but there is a little help on the rear ones too, to help in narrow manoeuvre...

But to actually address your “argument”, I never actually criticized farmers. I was simply explaining that those who “sit behind a laptop and push buttons for a living” are the ones who created and sustain the digital infrastructure that you and I use every day. Neither career path should be criticized. Both are difficult and both are important. If you don’t want to acknowledge that, maybe you should throw your phone in the garbage and adapt a technology-free lifestyle. I don’t see the practicality of a “EV truck” with such little infrastructure in place.
I’d choose my diesel 10 times out of 10 over this.
After watching MKBHD video on it I’m kind of disappointed with it. 300 miles for 100k? Also the panel spacing isn’t even and the overall build quality is meh. I definitely want one after a couple iterations and when they can go well over 500 miles.
It really does look like the older futuristic looking Hotwheels.
