I know this was uploaded a while ago but I just came across this video. I gotta try this! I always wanted to try this recipe but being Vegan it was hard to think of a way to "veganize" it. This is awesome!
What's so difficult about Veganising anything? Traditional Borscht is just vegetables cooked in meat stock. There are no beans involved. Simply substitute meat stock with a veggie stock cube. The same goes for all other recipes because nowadays there are Vegan alternatives to all meats, cheese, eggs and other dairy products.

Хотя мне нравится и другой веганский рецепт борща - "летний борщ", который делаешь на дачке летом по-быстрому: луковку, пару листов лаврушки и картошку в воду, потом зажарку из лука, морковки, болгарского перца, свежих помидор и свеклы, а потом всю зелень, которая есть на огороде, да молодого чесночка побольше 😊👍

@@russianvegangirl It is decent in protein. Beans have a decent amount of protein, but I wouldn't call them necessarily high. They're definitely high enough in protein for a regular diet, but if you do intense exercise, you may need more
