Hi Emanuel, i was the Tower in Paderborn! When you spawned in the callsign sounded familiar, and when i saw „Emanuel“ i was sure it would be you! If you want i can show you the other side of Vatsim, what we see and do as controllers! Cheers
Hi and thank you for controlling and thank you for your offer! I've been on the other side for a couple years as well, I do hold a C1 and used to be rated for Frankfurt. However since I simply didn't have the time anymore I let my Frankfurt rating expire.
❤👌I can't imagine my life without the A330 Driver channel! It's become an essential part of my day, providing insightful content and captivating stories. Keep up the fantastic work! 👌❤
For me the biggest thing in this update will be that the trim now properly moves the side stick. Previously it's been impossible to know where the trim was as I don't use any HUD in either cockpit or external view. This is a huge help and makes the SR22 more realistic. I love this plane!
Are they though? It didn't look like the fairings sat on the tarmac when I recorded the video. The wheels were visible below with a couple centimeters space between the wheel and the fairing.
Wow! great enhancements from asobo on the G1000! Really love that GAT in Dortmund, thus i went ahead and downloaded the addon from barometrix and also Paderborn! As always great video!
@@A330Driver The paderborn one was great: lots of details and immersive though for the Dortmund one for some reason the terrain was completely broken, i probably messed up the installation. I'll try to reinstall it when i get home from vacation.
What a nice flight! I recently managed to get my hands on MSFS and although the first thing i did was install the FBW i found myself increasingly playing around with thr GA options, and although the 172 initially kicked my butt pretty hard I'm starting to get the hang of it and now i can ALMOST fly a pattern 😂
You will get there! My biggest recommendation would be to get yourself some of the realism mods. Some of the bugs that come with the default aircraft can really not only spoil your experience, but also make it much harder to learn flying. I remember when I really struggeled to learn how to use autopilots and FMCs like 15 years ago because those things constantly did not do what they were supposed to do. Well, by now I know that a good reason for that struggle was that the simulated onces simply did not work correctly. Even for General Aviation there are many excellent mods available on freewaresites like flightsim.to. I can sincerely recommend to check those out!
💥"Always prepare before you go online." Your channel provides the best studying materials and procedures for any type of experience, making them easy to follow! Love it!
It's hard to say exactly which one the best is, I do really like the recently released COWS DA42 (and the DA42 is even in use with many, many flightschools around the world, so it's certainly a pretty good trainer!), perhabs the "slower" Black Square aircraft are good if you are looking for an analogue cockpit instead (especially the Bonanza and the Baron, depending on whether you want single or multi engines), the JustFlight Pipers are a few years old, but still very good as well.
Did you go to the Content Manager and check in there? Perhabs you uninstalled it at some point in the past? In the Content Manager you should be able to see and reinstall if needed.

yep, that's a really big one for me as well!
Great job as usual,....Tnanks. We're a bit surprised that the wheel issue hasn't been addressed yet and the Fairings are still sitting on the tarmac.

Love the SU15. Performance in VR now is perfect. Also the effect of Turbulence feels better now
I gotta play a bit more with performance, didn't feel much of a difference yet. Perhabs my 4090 just overpowers any visible difference though :D
@@A330Driver iam on the lower end with an RTX2070Super. Still got around 25 to 30fps in VR with DLSS and some finetuning

Hello, how did you change the color of the displays in the CRJin your recent video? What color settings are you using for the PFD's?
40:31 I feel bad for the non-Berlin, flight plan-less pilot. Your calling him out made me laugh.
Nice flight in a nice plane. Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you!

So nice of you!
I was wondering, what is the best airplane to get some practice in for both IFR and VFR, especially when it comes to manual flying?

Mag den Dortmund Airport auch. Viele Grüße vom DTM Ops :D
Hahaha, viele Grüße 👍

Did you check what your turbulence settings were actually set to? I'm quite curious now
Hi, they were at Medium. I'll do an updated video on turbulence settings soon.
Looking forward to it@@A330Driver
Excellent!
the sr22 just doesnt show up in the sim for me.... i have the premium deluxe version and no sr22 mods installed
That’s a bit weird, did you check that nothing show owned but not installed in the content manager?
