I fished that exact same spot where the Harrison and Fraser rivers converge at that big rock 12 years ago. We hammered fish one after the other there for hours with large purple, black and blue flies suspended below foam floats. It really was a great day, our guide with Bluewater Rockies wanted us to fish the fly on its own, but we added the float and when drifted down to that rock it shot under every time!!! We must have had eighty or ninety fish that day. :-)
