The reader isn't Desmond in my opinion it's a representation of god and the tree being observed by him alone because he is the alpha and omega the beginning and the end. But it would seem he's ether looking to end the course destruction of civilization. Also the first time in Atlantis when you gain knowledge from the stone tablets Kassandra says it like looking through the world with knew eyes a reference to the Bible when adam and eve ate of the fruit, and the fruit being a represented as knowledge, also she says this because your reality of life changes because you know more so you can live better, but the reader can't leave so thoses changes can't be implemented. And when they were implemented they were used for the wrong reasons which is why you have the assassin's and templars. The middle ground for the longest time were the main characters like shay, evior, altair, ezio, Connor, byake, aya, Kassandra, and the twins. While the brotherhood may have had different beliefs at times most of the main characters wanted to keep the artifacts hidden away so no one would tenper with them and use them for their own self reasons, and cause war and chaos. @WOOF Bandits i want to go into even more detail but it would take a while to explain.
I hope basim will be in more ac games as the modern protagonist
My favourite character
Fr
But he was not well taken care of
His soul survived but as an image not as an Isu Bene Ha Elohim

he seems like an anti hero
So Basim is partially Heimdall and partially Loki?
Basim is Basim & Loki , no Heimdall
