- Vintage sports cards collection from HiBid.com cost me $250. The reason I bought this sports card lot (primarily vintage baseball cards, vintage football cards, & a few basketball cards) was because I saw l saw some pretty nice sports trading cards on the listing. I kinda made a risky purchase here with not a lot of info to go on before making this sports card purchase…Let me know if you think it was worth the cost?!

I think the Yankees/Red Sox rivalry is one of the top ones in sports history. Even people who don’t watch the games know those teams don’t like each other.

I will never understand why someone would buy, collect, and preserve this many newer nicer cards and then give them away to Goodwill. It makes no sense. I would like to find these people and offer them decent and fair prices before they gave them away.
This was from an auction house on hibid.com, but I will say that Goodwill does not only sell donations but they do purchasing of their own as well!

WVU vs Pitt is a pretty underrated rivalry, but OSU vs Michigan is probably the biggest. Nothing compares to the rivalries in college football.

My favorite sport is football but Celtics and Lakers are probably the best rivalry in sports history not many to compare in my opinion

Baseball autograph is probably Trevor Brown, former backup catcher for the Giants. He didn't play much in the majors though.

question, why is the one Jim Kelly card $39 vs the other that may be $3, is it because it was graded and or the condition? I have one and just curious as I see so many cards that have in general with low end and high end prices when I check my collection. I do not have any graded but given the cost to have them graded is it worth it.

Great collection! Biggest rivalries is tough! You got Green Bay and Chicago, Yankees and BoSox, Duke and UNC etc. I gotta give it to OSU and Michigan though. There is a legit hatred amoungst the fans. "6"
