I went to a flea market back in the early 70’s and bought a 52 Mickey Mantle card I have to this day. Looks brand new.
G G i habe one that my grandpa crumples and drew on when he was a kid :(
@@kurtpennell5532 ha lol
@@kurtpennell5532 memories of my daughter drawing faces on all my Mcgwire rookies...lmao
Get it graded
Worth 5million dollars
I mean WOW. That would be so fun to literally rip boxes the entire day, even if you don’t care a ton about the cards.
That's true, that is one of the best things about card collecting
That’s literally what I like to do...I wish I could open cards all day and not have to pay even if I don’t get to keep them
Yes ! People fish all day and throw them back because it’s fun. So is opening packs.
Jeez, these card shops look like a card paradise, thx for sharing, brings me back to the old days when y’all use go out to shops, markets, etc.👍
Flea markets and card shops are the BEST VIDS
Why do you sound so different from shopping then on actual video 😂🤣
Always thought the same. Normal voice vs. "Hey everybody"
You guys are true baseball card collectors. Anyone that gets enjoyment from buying junk sets and low grade is in it purely for the love of the hobby.
Except gem mint condition rookie cards and pre 1980 cards
Love this show
I love that you will buy off condition cards. If a card makes you happy when you look at it, condition doesn’t matter. Collecting purely as an investment defeats the purpose of a hobby.
Hey, why don't you show us your current collection of cards so we can see what you do with the hundreds of thousands of cards you keep piling up.
Love your travels to card stores.. You are a true card collector and obvious lover of baseball history. Love the excitement you generate from your finds. This old time collector appreciates your searches. One other thing my only complaint of the second store.I like prices on the cards or I walk.
These were great, fun buys! My kind of purchases that are cheap yet cool cards. Thanks for sharing your awesome buys.
Loved this video!! Jabs - I'm impressed with your taste -especially being 10 years younger than me!! 2 Blyleven rookies!! Go Twins!!
Love your vintage pickups. Thanks for sharing.
That giant mantle sign is 🔥
If that were Brooks or Frank, I would have snagged it no matter the price.
EPIC HAUL!!! Your Patrons will be very happy for months to come!
17:41... That deserves to be on a frame. It's awesome
That is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!
Always sick to see you n ur bro out and about! Thanks guys!🔥
I also love old boxes lol thanks for sharing!
Enjoyed this video. Felt like I was on the road trip!!!
I label cards from the late 80's and early 90's, glut cards cause of Fleer winning their case against Topps that paved the way for numerous new card manufacturers such as Score, Don Russ, Upper Deck to name a few, that led to the glut.
I could spend years hunkered down in that second card shop!!
Thanks allot Erik for your continued content.
Great video. Thanks for being my summer 2020 entertainment.
These videos are just plain fun, thnx. Clair
I like vintage cards a lot. It’s amazing how there are so many Mantles everywhere you go.
A lot of good fakes out there
2:10 I CANT BELIEVE YOU PASSED ON THE MANTLE POSTER, UNLESS IT WAS A REPRINT.
I can rip the pack all year. Especially those vintage boxes. Feels even better than opening recent packs.
I miss baseball card stores. Haven't seen one in the flesh since I visited cooperstown in 2014
That looks like the place where someone drove over their neighbors stuff
Saw 1991 collectors club baseball. That brings back memories. Was my first box I ever purchased. Still love going through those cards every few years. Appreciate you showing the boxes with prices on themA
Piney flats Tennessee there’s a flea market about 5 miles past the Bristol Motor speedway there about 12-15 dealers there good prices one guy has tons of vintage singles 50s 60s 70s and very good prices and the dealer right next to him has a lot of newer stuff for fair deals and lots of wax hobby and retail boxes the new stuff is priced going rate but the old wax usually 5-10 bucks
I love Piney Flats. It's like taking a time machine back to simpler, SANER times. I live right next door to it in Blountville.
Me to but I’m in Johnson city i go down to the flea market quite often trade sell and buy cards you there’s a little of all years there.
I just pulled a Luis Robert rookie card numbered out of 69! Probably my best pull ever!!
Sweet video watching you and your brother walk through the flea market. Love the singles picked up A+
Bob gibson kicks ass
This is all kinds of awesome! Great stuff Jabs. There is some serious baseball card envy happening here 😂
What a nice haul! You’re very lucky to have so many options for new and old cards around you
Love seeing other card shops
I'd really love to get my hands on at least one 1989 donruss box and a 1989 fleer... two favorite sets of all time. If you are interested in selling a handful of these boxes at a decent mark-up or know anyone near Seatle with a few boxes that would be great. I want to give some to my friends grew up biking and opening cards with.
It's nice to see some card shops open and making money.
WOW now that is what i call a collection in-joy opening see you next time
That 2nd card shop is my kind of place. Glad you're doing some shopping videos again!
I bought cards for the first time in 30 years and got 5 packs of 1989 donruss for almost 2 dollars each, was a lot of fun, I sure wish I could find a deal like this.
I LOVE THE FLEA MARKET VIDEOS
Love that randy Johnson 1989 fleer rookie cArd
This video is an absolute dream come true. Thank you for that.

I have to make it up there. It's about 2 hours away. Love the 1992 Topps boxes!

Hi Eric, nice video, I need to try to get up to see those shops! Thanks for the video!

There is a good shop in Lewisburg Pa on rt15 called Shaffers and he has a decent about of old and new sealed boxes and singles if you wanted to check them out
Wow that's a lot of cards
That was a great haul you got. I didn’t have as much luck in my trip. Hopefully I can head that way soon to check these shops out

Mom: Why are you up? Me: JABS!!!
I was wondering what the prices were on those Mantles and Eddie Muarry rookie cards, I can’t read the prices
Eric there are still a lot deals out there!!!! Awesome Haul!!1
Nice pick ups
Man, I remember paying $8 for a box of 1986 Topps.
My name is chase from Brooklyn I am 9 years old and I love your videos.
I will just say this about Triple Play Vintage Store. Be very careful dealing with them on ebay. Check their feedback rating. I bought an item for over $150. on June 20, and 5 weeks later they still did not ship. Finally refunded in early August. Be very careful, so that you do not get your money tied up by them.
There’s this card store in New Jersey Lebanon that has amazing signals and has silent auction in the back it’s called Rc collectibles
Gold mine Jabs 👍🏼
Great video! I've collected for over 35 years. Where do you seem to have your best luck in finding old wax boxes?
Try flea markets
Thank you
Gonna have to invest in a truck Jabs! Lol
in Matthews north Carolina there is a shop named AAA COLLECTIBLES.
I have Scotts Collectibles in Kannapolis, exit 58 from I-85.
