My mistake was that I saw only the beginning and end of the video. I have the G1on zoom and selected only the MS-50G and MS-70CDR patches. When I turned on my G1on the custom banks with native patches no longer worked, since I did not add them during the rewrite in Zoom Manager. I only have the ones I added from the other multistomp models enabled. Should I rewrite the native G1on patches along with the MS-50G and MS-70CDR patches?
You can but there’s limited memory. So what I did with mine is that I put the ones that I’m using for my Zoom g1xOn and then delete/untick the ones you don’t need or use and add the ones you like from MS50, and 70

Oh so sorry about this one. Hopefully someone here can help you with it. It's because I haven't encountered this problem before. Plus I think Zoom is making this effects pedal obsolete. They don't sell this pedal anymore so any updates, repair, etc. Im not sure how to help you.
Thank you for the help. Btw after updating i removed most of the effects i don't use and added some that i wanted to try. Still has 30% space left. But having problem with overload. Cant even add 5 effects in the signal chain which i used with the same effects before updating. Is there any solution to this?
Yes that’s got to do with the effects itself especially the ones from ms-cdr because I think one effects got loads already that’s why you won’t be able to use 5. It overloads.
Haven’t tried it on Mac. What I downloaded were reverbs, delays, and overdrives. But to be honest I’m already happy with what the builtin effects of Zoom G1xOn has. I think the tonelib requires pc. It's like editing the pedal via pc using ToneLib software. But, I've never tried it. Im editing my patches on the pedal itself and save them on the patches that I don't like or don't use. That's why I created the videos because in case my pedal breaks down or if ever I need to restore to factory setting to retrieve the original patches, I can still have a guide or recorded video of the patches I made.
Robert Clark there’s like a partition Rob for the memory. It’s showing that the memory for the effects is full but the actual capacity was about 230 I think but you can only save up to 100 effects. So I’m thinking the remaining memory are for looping and saving patches.

@@AGTXX33 I don’t have an idea at the moment, I think it’s a different access to the effects. I think there’s a partition between the looper/rhythm and the effects list.
This software was just shared to me and I think its Flash based. Try and update the Flash software. I’m not sure if it’s got to do with your windows version as well because I was using Windows 10. Sorry

May be it’s got to do with your UsB cable. It’s hard for me to know exactly what is the problem because I don’t see it. Hopefully you can work it out. What I did was download the necessary software, plug in my Zoom G1xon using my USB cable and it was detected and just followed the steps.

@@sadatafnanswad6881 there’s maximum capacity for the effects memory. Probably you tick lots of effects. You can only add probably 10 new effects. You can delete other effects that you don’t use and choose the ones you probably would like to try and use. I’m so sorry. I’ve done this only once and I didn’t do it anymore. Because some of the patches that I already build are affected when I remove other effects.
I will try. But what Im planning to do actually is to make a tutorial on how effects pedal works so you guys can make your own patches and learn the concept behind it.
Some of the guys here had problems because of the USB cable they were using. Perhaps that's also another thing to consider. It's hard to know where the incompatibility is coming from because I don't see it from your end and also the gear or software like Im using windows 10 I think that time. Yung processing limit sir ay gawa nung ibang mga effects ay parang in itself ay patch na kaya parang nag-exceed sa limit. Kasi di ba kinuha natin yun sa single stomp effects na MS50G at MS70 CDR. Pero siguro tingin ko baka pag binawasan natin yung nilagay natin na effects sa Zoom G1xon at tanggalin yung mga gaya ng Particle, Z-Organ at iba pa na parang di naman nagagamit. Baka mawawala din yang Processing Limit.

I think it's already here on the video. As far as I can remember, I just tick the effects that I wanted and write it. Then if I don't like some of it I can simply remove it. The only downside is the memory of G1xOn. It is shared for other usage apart from the effects. That's why there's limit of probably up to 100 effects only. Because the memory card of G1xOn is on partition. The other part is for looper and for saving your customized patches. But with that 100 effects you can just pick and choose. If you want to use all 100 or just few, it's entirely up to you.

setting up does not come.how do i connect? i connected the pedal but its just working like if plugged to an adapter?
