Even putting his accolades aside, his impact is untouched, a 10+ year career where you were always in contention for best mid laner in itself is crazy enough. To put into perspective his dominance, I started playing League for fun when I was in 6th grade, where he was coming off his first World's win. Fast forward I'm a Junior in college now and he is still playing in a World's competing for the trophy. He is basically the Michael Jordan of League of Legends, not Larry Bird, his name will always be attached to League of Legends.

They are capable, but the team aside from Faker need to work on their fortitude and learn how to stay cool and confident even when things look like they're falling apart. But even if they don't win this year either, and even after his retirement, Faker will always be the GOAT in my eyes. No one else can take his legacy away from him, nor replace him.
