Those Street Fighter figures were an absolute cream of the crop find Disavowed!!! I've been looking for them for months now. BBTS just notified me of Chun Li being billed and added to my pile of loot I would love to find Ryu and Fei Long one of these days. So you find and buy a black widow on clearance then walk to another target store and tell them to price match with yours? What if you don't have one to begin with?

@@MikeKelly_ so with my local stores, if something does show as clearance on the app I think they will do that. However, the crazy clearance which is store to store does not show up in the app. So Widow could be $13 at one store but down the highway (for me) it is full price and the app shows it full price. I think their clearance is based store to store on existing stock and when the reset is planned for new product? Thanks though because I will check to see again because if that would work you are right you can save a lot of $$. Thanks!!

Heh. All jokes aside though, Ryu really is roughly pronounced like Re you. I once had a Japanese coworker with the name Ryu. As far he knows, there is no Japanese pronunciation of the name/word Ryu as Righ you. The name can be used for males or females like the name Shawn. Here’s also a little overlooked fun fact if you ever played any Street Fighter game. Whenever you play as Ryu or Ken, and you perform the Dragon Punch/Shoryuken move, Ryu and Ken actually pronounce their names: Shoryuken. Sho Re you Ken. They never say it like Sho Righ you Ken. I once joked with my coworker and called him Righ you. He just laughed and said I play too much Street Fighter. Lol.
Targets are weird, Disavowed, at least the ones here in Cali. I scanned in Epic Hero 4" X-Men and the scanner said they Weren't on clearance. I went back to the isle section to check the date on their Clearance tag, and I was within the window of said clearance. I decided to take them to the cashier and see what her scanner said. And: All 3 were Clearance, just like the tag said! With this I ask... Can we really trust the Target Scanners completely?....
@DisavowedActionFigures don't just trust wall scanners, also ask an associate to use their handheld to scan, as those often reflect what is on the checkout. If for some odd reason, the wall scanner is less than the target app and/or what an associate's scanner says, then take a picture of the wall scanner result and have a person at the self check out price match the picture.

Finally came across a Hawkeye/Skycyle 50% at an out of the way Target. These clearance Legends aren't lasting long.

Target price matches their stores. You could just take those Black Widows to any store that has them on clearance and get the clearance price

I've searched every target and not a single Chun li. Even gave dcpi and they said should be there none in back, but it's only Ryu or FEI long 🤦🏿♂️
