Vigan Royal Bibingka Recipe😍
500g glutinous rice flour
350g to 400g white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
400g coconut cream
2 cups fresh milk
5 Large whole eggs
112g melted unsalted butter

I'm making your recipe at the moment but i used my cupcake liner instead😅 and i used less sugar (3/4) as i don't like it sweet, i add on pure Vanilla and triple cheedar to enhance the chessy tastes.😅

Chef i noticed d paper u used as lining b4 baking they were way above the baking pan after baking medyo naging level na sa bibingka did it melt or something would it be better if we use a parchment paper as liners...thnx
