How much line do you actually need for 100+ tuna is 500 yards of 100 pound braid with 60 or 80 leader ok?

what avet sizes would you recommend for different fish classes?
Sorry I don't use those reels.
3 setups
1) tuna from 20 40lbs sx raptor filled with 50lb braid
2) tuna from 40-100 lbs lx raptor filled with 80lb braid,
3) tuna from 100-150lbs HX Raptor filled with 100lb braid
that would be just 3 basic setups, but DAN gave you a much more in detail info of what you need.
