While Band Maid has numerous great songs this is one of those “best of the best” type of songs. One of the strongest pillars that holds the Band Maid empire up.

I read in another reaction channel, the craftmanship of the ladies are the way she use their instruments, so in japan culture they show their body playing the music but no their faces, only Saiki and Miku can have shots of the head because they use the voice and facial expression to convey the message.
@@ClariceReacts I don't think that is a valid interpretation. Most of their MV show their faces. In particular, the facial expressions of Kanami, lead guitar, is often highlighted when she solos. She often seems to be in an altered state of mind at that point. I have never read a good explanation for the gradual showing of their faces in this vid. Must have one, Band Maid always seems to have a reason for the smallest detail.
@@DAVID-io9nj You'd probably need to ask Saiki as her choices seem to steer the visual aesthetic of their videos (including the clothing on the Christmas acoustic set). She does a fine job in my opinion.
BAND-MAID does a lot of instrument closeups in their vids but this one probably more than others. To concentrate on the music? Then why have the video? It's Awesome no matter how they shoot their videos! Peace. 713
This is the only MV where they mostly dont show their faces- i think there was a reason it was shot like that but i forget why.. might of just been because they wanted people to focus on the instruments?
Not sue what the meaning is, but most BAND-MAID videos are this way, even the LIVE ones. They're either in shadow or the light is so bright that images are blown out. It just adds the the mystery I guess.
