When you do BAND-MAID Official Live Video you'll have NO worries with the sound. This song was in the Netflix movie KATE in late 2021. Also the song CHOOSE ME was featured and the band was in the movie performing it on stage. They have done songs for anime: SENSE, DIFFERENT, GLORY. BAND-MAID will Awesomely be your gateway to healing and survival. Many uplifting tunes (no matter what the lyrics are). Have a Hunky-Dory Day. Peace. 377
@@spicybentvreacts Yep Kate tried to turn "Blooming" off when she stole a car in the movie so B-M made her crash &, ultimately at the end of the film she died for disrespecting their music. And if that's not the film you watched then i've saved you the trouble of watching it now.😁👍
Dude , my condolences for the loss of your friend. Can't come near to imagine how that feels. Never feel bad talking when remembering, a reminder we are humans. But we're lucky that in his time you got each other and share your love for music and discover bands such as Band-Maid among great others.
He helped me get to a meet and greet for Hikaru Utada for the longest time, I became her stan from when she did the OST for the Kingdom Hearts game a looooong time ago.
I lost my friend during lockdown too. She was an immensely open-minded person, though much older and intellectual, she always listened to my opinions and treated me as her equal. I talked to her over the phone not long before she passed away and because she was living on her own, I didn't know her death until we were out of lockdown. Sorry for your loss. Listening to you talk about your friend made me teary as well.
I really enjoyed your reaction and post discussion. Thank you. I discovered BAND-MAID during the pandemic, they helped me through this difficult period. I know it’s 2 years ago, but I’m sorry for the loss of your friend. BAND-MAID brings out my emotions, and that’s a good thing! If you haven’t heard it already, try Daydreaming by them. It brings me to tears every time.
I am not surprised by your reaction. I'm looking around the world for BAND-MAID's reactions. Their songs reach deep into people's souls. Of course I cry too.
Thank you for watching. I've only discovered these amazing Japanese rock bands since September. I'm still so new that I can't remember any band members by name yet.
Ohh yes this Track was featured in the Netflix Movie " Kate " during a car chase Scene. Later in the Night Club they are live on Stage and later in the Cerdits mentioned as Actors . So cool.
Sorry to hear about your friend. You got me thinking about a friend of mine who passed lately. He introduced me to Metallica and Nightwish 20-something years ago. Changed my life.
Their official live videos have fantastic sound recorded from the mixer. You get some crowd noises like chants and clapping on beat. But I feel that only adds to the awesome energy of their live shows.
Your friend had great taste. 😊 No need to apologize. Music is meant to conjure emotion and that includes those that come from memories even if it’s in a way you don’t expect. You earned yourself a like and a new follower.😊
Yep, KATE, Netflix movie. During the car crash scene this song is playing on the radio. 😂. The song is great and the solo section is pure 🔥 🔥 🔥 - one of the best sections of Rock music 🎶 I’ve heard - maybe even better than Rush’s Freewill solo section 🤷🏻♂️🤘🏼🎸😀✌🏼
The movie is how I found Band-Maid. I felt like the mixing butchered the song in the movie as I recall. Note that I still shazamed it bc it still sounded like a great song then continued the movie. Didn’t notice the name, just saved the song for later. When it came to choose me, I was bored enough with the movie and choose me was so damn instantly catchy that I stopped the movie just to shazam and listen to the entire song. I listened to it like three times in a row before I started the movie again.😄 I saw girls dressed in skirts in the movie, dismissively thought the movie was trying be quirky for the sake of going, “ see, isn’t japan so quirky?” Never even considered the “band” in the movie might actually be the real band. After the movie I listened to choose me like another three times, clicked on the next suggested song which was Thrill and was instantly hooked again and was a fan. “Band of the decade” after one song and 30 seconds of another. Then I read up on the band being an all female band dressed as maids, watched the music video for thrill, questioned reality and rocked out to those two songs nonstop. A couple days later I remembered, “oh yeah, there was another song from that movie I forgot about.” I look at my phone, “Band-Maid!?! Two songs in one movie? That was also them? Am I on the Truman show?”😂
Thank you. Being from Hawaii, life and friendships are quite diverse. Hiro was from japan and moved to the states in his teens, my friends and I would come to know of him and he really got us hooked into whats trendy in Japan. He introduced us to Japanese food that was better than the Japanese restaurants here in the islands, his mom was a really good cook. Most of my anime, manga and Yakuza/martial arts film recommendations over the years came from him. After really remembering him, I now know that he tried to get me into JROCK like 10+ years ago, but I had too much going on at that time to jump in.
