real, i also dont really see the problem, we lack context but from what was given by those texts we can only assume aster was trying to say something then people would join and he would get interrupted, he got frustrated, scarle felt bad that he wasnt talking much after it (in vc) and aparently blamed him for it (?). it just seem like a conversation between two really stressed out people who are colleagues in a company where they have to at least seem like close friends and dont know if its for the show or not

On the surface this seems more like Aster losing it after one too many things than a persistent pattern of bullying. It's not nice, but it's not conclusive evidence of anything. There's a interpretation that this happened because Scarle kept picking on Aster and not the other way around, until he snapped. Hard to say.
That being said, Aster's PL does not have the best of reputations apparantly which does color the benefit of the doubt a little.
But yeah. On it's own this conversation doesn't prove much more than that Aster lost his shit once and called Scarle to task in a less than productive manner. It's not nice, it's not something to be proud of, but without knowing the aftermath it really doesn't prove anything.

Yeah that seems like a detail that would stick. If they'd said they didn't want to name names, which would make bring this whole thing up kinda pointless anyway, that would be one thing but not remembering. Also they remember the gen name but not the liver? Maybe this is just me but I forget the Niji gen names all the time. I had to look up which one Iluna was. I don't buy any of this.
There is only 1 plausible reason shed claim to forget who it was, which is hesitation of directly calling them out. She could hint at it all she wants but if she directly names them, that could be legally bad.
One thing I will say: it's not childish to want to renegotiate a contract. Referring to getting together to try and work as a team to negotiate as being childish makes no sense. This is actually quite common for employees to do.
I really hate how people are targeting the talents. They're people, they're trying to do a job they love, and they're not perfect. Even if any of this is true, everyone has their low points. What matters is how they handle their problems in the long run. People can pick and choose what they think is the worst, but it's ignoring that everyone has bad moments. Streaming to such large audiences and being in the public eye is stressful. The witch hunting is ridiculous when the real problem is how the company needs to reorganize and be run better.

While every job has some boring aspects, for the streamers, atleast on stream, it's fun for them. The talent enjoying streaming you can argue all day but you can't argue that, upper management folks are terrible. The truth of their incompetence has shown up.
Isn't grouping together to renegotiate literally just a small form of what a union is? Like how is that childish? It's actively working to improve your own situation by working together to increase your leverage in negotiations.

this was my thought too, who cares if they're getting together to discuss how unfairly their wave was being treated? if that's true then good on them. luxiem is aware of how much they affect the en branch's finances, so even using that as some kind of bargaining chip to demand better merch cuts is not at all a bad thing. Unfortunate that it wouldn't extend to other members i guess, yeah, but there's not really much they could do besides very quietly and very behind the scenes encourage other waves to stand up for themselves at most

So true! And at the time, Luxiem had the most power in the branch and was the most favoured by management. They were probably aware of this and wanted to take on the yoke of negotiating to management because they were aware that they’d likely face less repercussions than if the other waves brought it forward. And if Luxiem, the top earners had a problem, that would signify to management that it is a genuine issue. If the smaller waves said it then management could brush it off and say that they’re just upset because they don’t earn as much money and dismiss their complaints. In a way, this was probably Luxiem’s way of using their power to protect the other livers.
The post of Raziel is totally a grudge post. You don't come out airing all of that without proof, post a picture that could or could not be real of said liver, focus on how they "mean nothing to you" and then say "oh, it's not a grudge post". Girl, or you're looking for attention or it's totally a grudge post, possible both xD Whether the "leak" is true or not you're totally posting it because you're salty with said liver.

This is definitely a rough time to be a Niji liver. After hearing what Doki had to say yesterday, these livers need out too, not to get harassed by people looking for someone to blame. I'm just saying, if Doki was brought to the point of attempting, someone else might be close to that point too and they might actually succeed next time. People need to be mindful that these are people who are in the same situation that Selen was in. The corpo is the bully, these people should focus on taking them down and not harassing livers they personally want to see burn.

There's significant evidence as to who Selen was pertaining to when she said she was also bullied "by fellow livers". Yes its sad some of the livers with no evidence to suggest they were part of that clique are being caught in the crossfire, but that's what happens when you literally have no management that prevents these things.

Imagine claiming this whole thing isnt a grudge post but then gets petty and bitter in the post itself and also specificies which wave they're from to narrow down the suspects and try to get them in trouble for NDA. We might not know if what she said to "not add fuel to the fire" is true or not, but it doesnt seem like her intention is to spread awareness like shes claiming, but is simply just a vendetta against the person she claims leaked stuff to her.
Honestly I feel like Nijisanji put in the line "bullying from other livers" in Selens termination notice for this very reason, to mitigate the damage done to the company, to paraphrase Mr. Waternoose from Monsters inc "I'll throw a thousand talents under the bus before I let this company die". they knew the bullying from management existed, so they had to address it, but they also had to make it look like there's a bigger evil.

As for proof of those potential millions: looking up the amount of shares they have it's around 63.02 million, at 3365JPY a piece (so market cap is 212.06B JPY), if we assume those number of shares haven't changed substantially ( I highly doubt in the last week they've done a share split, they're share value hasn't had a massive spike since last june/july), 63 million times 4 days ago share price (3850JPY) would be 242.62B JPY, they lost ~30B JPY (~12.6%) in 4 days (or 200 million USD) , even if it was an extra 10% of the 12.6% (1.26%) more loss, that's $20 Million.

The problem is thanks to Niji's poor wording and potential spreading of blame, it's almost implied one+ of the talent was a part of the group that caused Selen to try and off herself. That alone is going to get people to try and smoke out the bad actors since they don't know who to support and who is a disgusting snake in the grass anymore.

I don't think it's an extraordinary claim to say that people at Nijisanji are fighting with each other a lot, or are catty or bratty with each other. Everything that has been hinted at or directly mentioned by Sayu, Kuro, Matara, and now Doki point to that being true. Someone else mentioned that Pomu on her PL account mentioned something similar about how Niji is now too, I don't know if that's true, I don't follow her PL nor know where to find it, so that part comes with a grain of salt unless you know what account that is and can see it for yourself.
Like the people who are random artists claiming VivziePop is worse than Satan when it could very well just be minor miscommunication and that if the allegations were in fact true, she wouldn't have staff working for her as everyone would quit en mass.

This Raziel person is one of those persons that you need to think twice before considering to be a "friend". These are the types of "friends" that will get you fired. Just like how Rushia talked to her "friend" whom leaked their talk. Just like how Yozora Mel talked to her "friend" and the "friend" leaked their convo so now it's Breach of contract.
Imagine if she would "leak" who the person is. That "friend" whom she talked to and air their grievances about Iluna member can actually get fired.
If you were this person's "friend" I'll be really afraid for this person since this person can ruin your life and career. The best thing this Raziel person should've done is to shut up. But some people just needed attention for themselves. If I were to become a vtuber, I'll make sure to not talk about anyone in my company to another. It's hard to trust people with sensitive information like this. We don't know why or how did it reach management in Mel's case. Maybe they thought that management might help. Sorry if I made any mistakes, I haven't been fully updated on Mel's termination.

It wasn't as big as Rushia incident but it has the same cause as to why secrets was leaked outside and those secrets include company sensitive information, technically breaking NDA with them and the company.
I just pointed out the similarity that if this girl decided to name drop the "friend", she would be breaking NDA and get kicked out by Nijisanji. She telling this person his/her grievances is not the problem. the problem is this person outing with the secret which would get her fired and maybe sued.
The paranoia that is spreading is just absolutly wild. As a Discord mod for several niji servers, I have to tell eveyone to take everything with so much salt - remember, It's innocent until /proven/ guilty.

Even if this leak is real, there is a possibility that they've worked things out afterwards. The livers have their own problems, and something small can be magnified in a moment when emotions are high. That Raziel Warmonic's claim was a big one. I don't believe that either Kyo, Aster or Ren would do it though. Also I don't understand why she needs to say this since this is unrelated to the Selen/Zaion harassment drama. She said that the male ILUNA member is harassing and guilt tripping "new members". So that meant, she is pertaining to XSOLEIL, KRISIS and TTT (Not sure if she includes the JP section for this).
But her addition to the story is unnecessary. So, now, it seemed like there's two bullies. One, is the one who harassed Zaion and Selen (not sure if it's the same person. No proof so far.) and this Iluna male member who harasses the new members.
I know it's bad but since her tip is very limited (there's only 3 iluna male members) I hope she'd get sued by Niji. This information is not needed right now especially since we have the Selen bullying problem trying to solve.

I'm a little bit torn and very sceptic due to the "This person means nothing to me after abusing and manipulating me" if that is true then how do we know that the trash talk/venting about Luxium isn't all made up to make this person look better and make them look bad as another form of manipulation. I'm not a huge Niji watcher so I wouldn't really know how they usually act apart from a few clips I've seen, but this doesn't seem entirely trustworthy to me. On top of all that if she was a mod who got pissed off, then she may be lying about all of this to get attention, and like that one guy said to get the ex-friend in trouble.
So while I appreciate that it's being covered, we should take this with several pinches of salt.
As for the discord post even if it is true (not saying it is) it's possible that it's an old argument coming from a heat of the moment or possibly after drinking and that it's long since resolved. We don't know, even if it isn't there isn't much point in asking the talents about it and as always harassment is just plain wrong.

I'm not saying it's fake or not, but that's not at ALL what that person was saying. They're talking about the likelihood of the fake is incongruent with the amount of variables. Some, and even most of those variables would be okay in our modern age of editing technology, but all of them together really does make it less and less likely they are fake. How much effort does it take to fake such an amount of variables, I don't know, but the likelihood of doing that in such a small time frame is lower than it just being real.

This was actually discussed as well, just not shown in Khyo's video. Apparently photoshopping the text into image messes with the image artifacting (or something, I don't know the proper terms) which ends up being visible if you mess with contrast. That's why people started to brainstorm how it could be faked using actual discord app in the first place. If I remember correctly screenshots of that talk are somewhere deeper in the same tweet chain.
The scarle and aster convo (if real) imo just sounds like a normal argument that happens between groupmates who disagree for the first time. It's the kind of argument that helps groupmates bond better so I wouldn't read too much into it, especially when it's such a civil conversation with no vulgarities or insults being thrown around. Even Nina mentioned she had disagreements with Ethyria at the start as Enna, Reimu, and Millie were leaving her out of discussions because they were not close enough. But look at them now, close enough to cry over Nina's graduation.
Even if it is real, why do people care so much? It just seems like an issue that should be solved between Aster and Scarle alone, not become public for the sake of sinking Nijisanji.

I'm pretty sure those discord messages were shown to be fake because the same anon on 4chan showed how easy it was to fake leaks I saw. In addition the way it reads shows there is no way aster actually typed that considering. Who types sigh on discord after all. I can't say anything about the initial tweet though since there is some unsavoury stuff said about the person who supposedly shared the leak.

Just want to point out that "getting flown out" is a very positive way of wording stuff like that. I work for a company I hate to travel and I despise buisness trips so if I have to travel to asia (or any other place really but asian buisness is a lot about after hour connection) and then also take the dinner with the buisness partner in the evening because you dont want to be rude etc. I hate that shit. I know that there are lots of people who enjoy this but being forced to be away from home and or family is not something that is just straight up a "bonus". Hanging out with people from work ist hanging out with friends.
That whole thing about Luxiem being selfish came across very jaded to me. Considering we know how bad Nijisanji's management is, I could easily believe that they were just standing up for themselves as a group, and that made some other livers envious. Simple, because now would be the best time for it. The only other time it would make the most impact would have been after Sayu's statement came out, and that would not have been nearly as effective since Zaion was not there for that long and her dark humor turned some people away meaning she didn't have alot of support behind her when she was terminated, meanwhile Selen had been there for a long time and had been hospitalized for an attempt caused by the company, therefore people are far less likely to just bury the conversation given current event than they would any other time.

If not compatible on your personal mobile phone, it can be downloaded on a mobile phone emulator like bluestacks for pc. Since it's on pc too, it makes it easier to extract screenshots to edit later on on platforms like paint or photoshop

If you have bad management of these people, and favouritism and bad logistics and just bad eveeything, this feels the exact kind of thing that happens, with cliques forming or others bullying one another.
