- how to get a 9/A* in GCSE French // Spanish/German/Irish | today's video is ep2 of my GCSE revision tips series and I'm teaching you my revision tips and tricks on how to get a 9/A* in ANY language at GCSE, whether that is French, Spanish, German or Irish.
Note: I am saying French throughout this video simply because it was the only language I studied at GCSE. However, the GCSE revision tips I share in this video are not exclusive to French, they can also be applied to languages like Spanish, German and Irish. So please do not be put off by the fact that I am saying French throughout this video, hopefully these tips will help you achieve a 9/A* in languages other than French too!!
Students in the UK are returning to school after 5 MONTHS, which is a long time. I am creating more GCSE videos like this one to help GCSE students with their revision and hopefully this video is helpful to you as a student.
I was with the exam board CCEA, so the grades range from A* to C, but this video is also useful to other exam boards where the top grade is 9.

omg ur so sweet!! could I ask if u mean year 10 England or Northern Ireland as here in Northern Ireland year 10 means the two years before gcse if that kinda makes sense lol. So happy u loved the editing that’s just made my day💐💐also to be completely honest i didn’t do geography or computer science but don’t worry I’m still making videos on those subjects I’m just doing research for them in my own time and putting together resources and that sort of thing. I’ll be making the video it’ll just be a few more weeks xxx

normally when i watch these type of videos they say things that are super obvious and basically just tell me to memorise things but i actually had never thought about these things before :) lets hope they help me pass hahha

Today's video is episode 2 (which makes it sound like a Netflix series lol) of my GCSE revision video. I have been working so hard to get this video out this week as I've just started school again so finding editing time is HARD 😬. Just a few things that I wanted to share:
1. Do you like this type of video to have music or not? If you watched last week's video ( watch here ua-cam.com/video/q1YyI0e_l6k/v-deo.html ) then you know there wasn't any music in it, but today's does have music because I wanted to see how it goes. Let me know because it'll really help me with my content!!
2. Android users!! Sorry for calling you guys out there in the video... I managed to find an app called Rev Voice Recorder which is apparently quite good so hopefully it works well for revision!!
3. Tell me which subject you want me to do next. This helps me plan my content accordingly and schedule my videos on UA-cam.

Hi!! Glad to hear that you enjoyed the video!! Personally when I did this I didn’t put the subtitles on for kids shows and kids movies, but for teenagers and older movies I would bc it’s easier. Another thing you could do is just change the audio of English tv shows into French or watch French UA-camrs, one of the best videos I watched was of Damon Dominique speaking in French, hope that answers your question💗

you put the AUDIO of a film in french? or do you put the SUBTITLES in french?
Great question!! Answer: it depends. Let’s say I’m on Netflix, which has a bunch of French films and TV shows already, so I can just watch with French audio and subtitles. However if I’m watching UA-cam in English, changing the subtitles to French helps me passively learn. Or I might just put on an English movie and change the audio to French. Hope that helps!! 💕💕💕✨✨
