BLOODY BRILLIANT! Spent 2 hours trying to makes tiles/poster on my Canon and then your suggestion of PosteRazor did it in 2 minutes! Genius! Thanks you guys.
Ive been trying to print this a3 poster for an hour and i ended up here, havent watched it yet but i hope this can help me 😂
OMG, this is exactly what I have been searching for and needed for my pattern making projects! You guys are awesome - thanks a million!!🥰🙏
Patrick, you are such an awesome host and tech genius! I always love collaborating with you & gleaning as much info as I can. Thanks for having me! I love Tekzilla and DIY Tryin!!
It was so much fun to have you on, thanks so much for jumping right in... now we just need to finish your LOTR poster!!!
iTheGeek ikr, Patrick is fine.
Trisha Hershberger .. please stop talking your voice is so annoying
Trisha Hershberger ignore the morons on here who slag off your voice, your voice is unique and conveys a huge sest for life ,ps I may be biased as I think you are incredibly attractive love Mr Sloan x
This is precisely what I needed! I experimented with Excel, Word, and Paint, but they didn't quite match what I had envisioned. Thank you immensely for sharing this video! Absolutely love it! 🙏🏼
If you don't want to ruin a wall, but keep a permanent poster, you can use 1/4" plywood, luan, or other material. Also, for a cool room divider, just cut it into sections and use hinges. A 4x8 sheet of rough plywood should be under $10. If you plan on coating the paper, you may want to print on acid-free paper with a laser printer. You can take your PDF to a local office store, prints cost about $.35 each? Quality is better than home, don't worry about using more or less ink, guaranteed print quality. Thanks for this idea!
Office stores can print out posters, but left with about a 3' max width. Go to your local Staples or Office Depot and see what they can print your project for, they have a standard rate for whatever size and color.
They may check to see if you are in violation of any copyright laws. The DIY printers would allow you to bypass the employees.
Thanks so much for sharing these tools! I used them to make a template for a design on a giant chalkboard in my mother's kitchen. There's a few bugs, but mostly it's perfect.
-Depressing- Fun fact:
It costs 0.10$ to manufacture the cartridges, but they are sold for 600x more - 60$
This makes ink cartridges one of the most marked up items, only behind bottled water
You already had my like with the Flcl shirt
OMG this was sooo helpful i spent hours trying to find something like this!
thank you so much
Guys you know, you should not give hate comments to that lady she’s just trying to make the video entertaining!!
I've been using Photoshop for years but never found an automatic way to slice pages like this. Maybe it was just a buried option I never explored. But I love that Posterazor works on Linux too!
Trisha is like the most enthusiastic person ever. I love it!
Fantastic Tutorial, fun to watch. I used Rasterbator and it works fine. Thank you!!!!!
Finally !! Thanks for showing an online resource for this.
I cant thank you guys enough! Excellent, the 1st one I tried was a success!! God bless. Beautiful video
YAY! I love this poster site! I made a gigantic Spider-Man Homecoming Tom Holland poster with this and it turned out AMAZING! I’ve made lots of other posters with this too! Can’t wait to make more!!!!
I'm a rasterbator! Now where is my lotion?
Thank you guys so much for this video it really help me to make great giant size images on t-shirts
I remember doing this 20 years ago. Made some cool life size posters.
Thanks a lot ,this video helps me lot to print big poster with exact size that needed.
She was way too over the top. Calm down.
Well aren't you a jelly doughnut.
BTW I've been watching you (Patrick) since the ZDTV days I think back in '98. Glad you're still around!
what is that screaming stuff for ?
This was a life saver! Thank you :)
Big fan and much respect to you Patrick Norton. I have been watching your shows since the old TechTV days.

5:00 what she want to do? 🤔
This is awesome, I had a presentation for school and to print out a 20x30in poster it was going to cost me $23. My wallet is saved.
This comment section is so mean🥺
Thank you guys so much i am making a wooden m16a1 and i needed to in large the photo to one meter and i was looking for 2 days trying to find some way i could do this and i found this video i am deinetly subing :) thanks.
I HATE your transition with the flickering, I thought it was a one time thing but this is the 3rd vid in a row non stop, its giving me a headache, I cant imagine if I had epilepsy. Otherwise I love the content.
I know right. I like the video, but the flickering made me think my gfx card was going out. Freaked me out.
ndinadis A transition of say 0.6 seconds will not cause an epileptic fit....
I quite like the transition.
5:07 "...where your landlord is a real pain-in-the-ass about your deposit..."
No, Patrick, that's not a landlord being a pain. That's the landlord using the deposit to fix the wall the tenant glued shit to like an asshole, which is exactly what the deposit is meant for.
Thanks for this.. But i have onedoubt? is there any software to make a mosaic tiles printing. I want to convert the image into mosaic and then i need to print that one. Please give me some suggestions
Thank you soooo much, I am awful at drawing and this saved my life
thanks guys this was very helpful
I am about to try this tomorrow!!!
Thank you so much , the video was realy helpfull and i hope you keep on doing great videos just like this . Thanks again and happy hollydays
You dont know how you help me, at this time, i try so many videos and thank to you , i get the best poster for my baby girl birthday.
What resolution would the normal picture have to be to render into 100 sheets clearly?
Just finding this channel and Patrick on it made me miss Tech TV big time! Long live the Ultimate Gaming Machine builds!!!
What's the best way 2 hang these prints on a wall without a frame? maybe tack spray?
I don't want to buy some expensive software to do this one project and you have saved me!!
Now I can finally make a decent Cabin in the Woods poster.
Seeing that great FLCL Tee reminds me, could you do a tutorial for graphic shirts?
I've stenciled a ton of shirts w/ paint, would that count?
The energy that lady gives of is so cool
Hey PAtrick! Good to see you...i just stumbled on your video here as I was trying to make some wall art. Hope you're doing well. (I used to work with you at TechTV, btw). Cheers!
This was just what I needed every other video involved downloading things or buying apps etc …with this my problem was solved in 10 seconds THANK YOU
It worked! Thank you so much
When I tried to print out a seraph of the end poster, it came out in tiny pieces. How can I solve that?
Love DIy projects, I love me some Trisha. Good episode.
I am pretty sure that was a build in function of either windows vista, microsoft word of photoshop
This is great. Anyway to make it less pixeled?
1:59 when ur mom asks u if u want ice cream
7:01 “he’ll just be wearing a face mask” you were right
I REALLY want to do this but I have no idea if my parents will let me use that much ink and paper XD
Works Great! Thank you so much. 😘
neither option worked, can't get passed step 5 on photorazor and my jpeg file is too big for rasterbator. i have adobe photoshop cc 2015.5, is there an option to do this exact thing?
do the photos print in high resolution or are they pixeled
YYYOOOOO SICK FOOLY COOLY SHIRT!!?!?!? THATS WILD
Trisha Hershberger just puts you in a good mood
little tip on the cost of paint (i think wholesale would be about 1/1,000 the price for some reason retail is a skosh more expensive). 20 gallons for the low low price of only $ 298,000 !!! get in THAT business :)
bel video,una domanda:è un programma a pagamento?grazie mille
I was in the kitchen and heard "rasterbating" blasting out of my loudspeakers and mistook it for a complete other word.
would this work by a 48 x 36 inch.. it doesnt work when i go on the website
Great Video !
Does this same program fix & make drawings proper design same size all around
ty it was rly helpful
it is free and how big should picture on net be big for it to not be in pixels?
Does it use a lot of ink printing like this?
The resolution of the picture is decreasing
you could use this for giant marquee number template. just make your number on canvas and save as png then upload on rasterbator. with your preferred inches presets... thank you
UA-cam why couldn't you show me this earlier today when I was looking for ways to print the d&d maps
Yass I'm not the only one. I was thinking the same thing!
What would be the vest way to eliminate the borders?
So, do you have to always cut the margins or is there a way to print borderless tiles?
depends on your printer
She looks familiar. I think I've seen her on IGN or something
Thats trisha from source fed, phillip defrancos old news channel that is now defunct
Has anyone tried this using standard 4x6 prints? You see deals on 100 4x6 prints all the time. You could make a 40" x 60" poster for $3-5 bucks and save your ink. I am just wondering how it would look.
how large the image should be so that it does not blur?
Is this better then just printing on vista print
5:20 can also do with illustrator
ugh i have a 4k image and rastorbator only takes 20mb sized stuff but my pic is 100mb. i need an alternative
ok, I'm rasterbating Trisha on my wall now.
thanks. it was helpful
love your flcl tee :D
drinking game: every time they say rasterbator you drink.
what paper did he use?
oh no.. this could be addicting. thanks for the vid.
Do You Know How i Can print a continuous long piece of paper Like a Banner 8.5'' x 72'' with a Epson Artisan 810 i am having a Hell of a time it wont print
btw love the flcl t-shirt
you need to use a printer that can print outside the margins, which is available today in some printers.
Wow! Nice content
thanks
1:58 haha
Me watching this in 2020.. didnt realize it was courcefed....
Me:
Is that trisha????
how about margin in every sheet..?and a size of picture every sheet..?costumize..?
PostRazor is similar on Linux!
OK, thank you for the poster information but that little flash that you’re doing yeah that’s got to go
WEll done !
That was a really enthusiastic "YES!" for someone asking if they wanna see something that sounds awfully close to "'masturbator".
A 7 minute video just to tell people they can go to Rasterbator.com and make posters. My god.
I came to get a good DIY tip on how to put the pieces together properly.. I feel time raped.
looks like she is wearing the DEATHLY HALLOWS
