Thanks for this video!! I'm making a cardboard cutout of Dave Filoni and Chopper for my little brother for Christmas, and so many people were manually cropping and fitting-to-page for similar projects, I knew there had to be an easier way. I'll be sure to send you a picture of the finished product when I'm done!!
OMG super helpful! Other videos had me trying to download Acrobat Reader and your way was so easy! I didn't even get half-way through this video before I printed my poster! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
thank you.out of several frustrating searches here, you're the only one who explained it well and without promoting some stupid printing website.S traight to the point and easy. :)
Great video. One of the best I have watched in a long time. I would have never thought Excel could do this. I made a large USA outline last week on Word. What a hassle it was.
My my, what an easy way to do this. And I should have known it as I use Excel almost every day and never thought of it. Thanks for the memory jog and your easy instructions.
If you have the updated version of Excel, this still works BUT you've gotta go to the tab "View" and then click "Page Layout" to get to the view he shows in this video. (I thought it would be under the TAB "Page Layout" and spent a lot of time not finding the view he shows in this video. lol) Good luck!
hey, i just wanted to print a periodic table for our final exam that the school supplied as a word doc. it was really tiny, so i thought i'd just double the size. which turned out to be weirdly hard. so i found this, then saved the word doc as a pdf. dropped the pdf in excel, like you suggested. i'm on an apple so i had to do it a bit differently, but yay. tiny periodic table details are visible. now for the final.
Hey Ramny, Loved this video! Your demeanor is so lovely! Thank you for this video. It's going to be a game changer for getting my watercolors set up faster for the fun part, painting! : )

hi. Thanks for the video. great helpful tips. I wanted a large printout 12 by 16 inches for tracing on my canvas. And I got how to do it from your video.
When you go in to adjust the margins, I find it helpful to set all margins at 0. Then OK. Then it will adjust margins to the narrowest your printer can handle. :Hope this helps. : )
Wonderful help! I wanted to blow up a word phrase in Word. I saved the Word file to a pdf file, then used the select tool to highlight and copy the phrase, and then I could paste it into Excel.
Could you do this just opening the image up in Paint and between Paint and printer settings you can do all this. Also, my first thought was to print borderless, but then I realized you will need a border at least on the right side of the page for attaching the subsequent image. Well done, and thank you for this.
Hey there. Thank you for sharing this. Just want to ask if I wanted a specific size for a poster how will I do it in excel to fit in a canvas? You seem to talk too fast but nevertheless I love it. :-)
