Saw Ike and Tina back in the 70's at some place in Pennsylvania.Concert was called The Leon Russell Jam,I remember this Concert very well.The song "The Streak" was popular and lot's of people running around naked! Also,saw her in Philadelphia,Pa.with Joe Cocker. She Rock's Amazing Woman.....No need for Ike.

Well my internet bro, that could be because she felt more comfortable and eased. I mean imagine doing that in front of Ike. Especially being forced to do something and then being worried that Ike may beat her for not doing it the correct way. After she left Ike she was more free and it gave her the ability to be more out there. When she was with Ike she had no freedom what so ever.

And to my knowledge Tina has never performed Gimme Shelter - although she was in the Maysles' film of the same name.
