Detroit fuel filter issue

Detroit filter issue somebody needs to contact engineers with Detroit and tell them this is a very common issue. I have a couple ideas to fix this idea where it could be fixed in the field at almost no cost and you wouldn’t have to buy a housing and would last and be more durable than what it is.
