The bloat! So relatable Mary 😭 I swear you reach your 30's and your gut just starts playing up/ being a mum
but can honestly say, taking daily kefir ( from the chuckling goat co.- they do the proper stuff) with their pre- biotic powder has been a game changer. Stomach took a while to adjust as its best in increase the amount you take gradually.
It has made me feel so much better. - I mix it with a smoothy as its quite tangy.

I take digestive enzymes and switch up a probiotics to help with digestion. They do say that health and the immune system starts at the gut level. Also check with on taking your vitamin D with K12. I hear that you need them both because D by itself might effect the joints.

For bloating I suggest legs up 60-90 degrees. It'll help the lymphatic system to drain and parasympathetic system to go into relax mode. Belly breathing and/or massaging the 6 draining points also really helps 💓

Be careful with silicone making babies food taste different. I honestly hate silicone now. I once tasted something off of my babies plate and it completely tasted like plastic. There is special ways to wash it but who has time for that.
