I've also seen your other video where u talked about pulling hairs out, I do that too. I'm so glad I'm not the only one that feels like this. It's really hard to really know if you have anxiety when you can't identify small habits like this. It seems normal but at the same time doesn't feel right and you're not sure if you are being normal

I get changed in my car lovely! and ill normally plan outfits carefully so I don't need to change much. Ill also wear a little top underneath so im never too 'naked' 😂 xx
