Coming to this video because I'm in the middle of attempting this, I followed all of these same steps, but after attempting to log in it stays on that screen and spins and does so for hours

Fledging appears to have gone out of business as of Nov 2022
It is not normal wear and tear, this is just a bad way to open that. Get a suction cup and lift the cover enough to insert a PLASTIC tool
