Out of your packet how much you spend on this build?
Sorry for the delay! It cost right around $3k. I might have spent less had I gone with a prefabricated shed, but the one I built is way better quality than those kits or the sheds you can get from Home Depot or Lowes. The downside is that it took me a few months from start to finish, working in the evenings and on Saturdays.

JAR Loft Robertson Family Racing Pigeons D Im not familiar with the laws and stuff but I just wanted to know if you need a permit to have pigeons as pets? By the way I live in MD too. Thanks 😊
No permits needed. Of course most newer subdivisions have HOAs which preclude having pets like pigeons. We lucked out when we found our current house that doesn’t have an HOA. Also, if you live in an area that is coded as Agricultural then should be no problem. Where in MD are you?!
