I have a similar dishwasher, the rinse aid congealed inside the dispenser. Looking at this, I'll be able to get the dispenser out, and hopefully the sludge-like rinse aid out! Thanks for posting!
Done! Pretty easy task. I had the Torx driver but had to run out to get the 3/16 socket. It helps to have someone to help hold the panel until you get a screw in when reassembling.

Many thanks. My replacement was (eventually) successful with your help! Apparently nut driver sets don't _always_ include 3/16". :P
