I just love the fact that you helped the neighbour across the street pull a couple of posts and grade a small patch of his yard after he let you look at his tractor. You're a good man Stan, don't ever let anyone tell you different.
I think the best part of the video is the time time you spent with the neighbor, it probably made his day for several reasons. He received confirmation from you that the job done on the lot across from his home was a hot mess and violated standards. He got to talk about his restored tractor and share his knowledge on the rare single arm loader on the front. You removed the posts and cleaned up area, I'm sure as neighborly jester and to thank him for showing off his tractor to you. While conditions didn't let you do the work to your standards, I am sure he was so happy it was done and it saved him a lot of worry, work and/or money and he won't forget that in the future. Thanks Stan for demonstrating that it doesn't take a lot of effort to be a good neighbor.
This right here is quite possibly one of the most awesome videos I've seen in a while - because it illustrates the positive nature of neighbors helping neighbors and caring about their community! KUDOS!!!
I would say you definitely did the neighborhood a big favor by grading that lot out and it was super nice of you to help that guy across the street take those two posts out ur a great guy stan keep it up hope all is well
