- QQ Crystal Jelly Mooncake Recipe 水晶果冻月饼食谱
Ingredient 材料:
●Flower Fillings 花朵内馅
Orange juice 120ml 橙汁 120毫升
White bean jelly powder 15g (5tsp) 白凉粉 15克 (5茶匙)
Jelly powder 1/4tsp (0.5g) 果冻粉 1/4茶匙 (0.5克)
＊Orange juice can replace by Grape juice or Guava juice
橙汁可以用葡萄汁或番石榴汁代替
●Skin 皮料：
Water 1300ml 清水 1300毫升
White bean jelly powder 140g 白凉粉140克
Jelly powder 4g 果冻粉 4克
＊Add some sugar for sweet taste 喜欢甜可以另外加糖
＊ This recipe can make 12pcs jelly mooncake 此食谱可制作 12个果冻月饼
