1989 Inspired Eras Tour Outfit Tutorial

hey guys I'm back with a tutorial of how I made my outfit for the Eras Tour! I recreated the iconic outfit we all know and love from the 1989 World Tour. Surprisingly I didn't see as many people as I thought in this outfit when I went to the concert, so I would really recommend if you want to stand out. I'm so happy I chose this as my outfit and I had a lot of fun making it, so I thought I would share how I did it in case anyone was wondering how to go about it.
