    I was so glad the last circuit wasn’t a full one! lol. I need to go back and do the walking side steps because it didn’t click for me until you said to stack your body and then I was like, oh!!! 😂 So grateful for these workouts, especially ones I can take on the road. Thank you for a great start to my Saturday 😊

    Oh my glutes!! This was a good one! I love how Sydney comes up with new moves all the time - never boring or repetitive, always working different muscle groups.

    Wahoo good morning!! This was crazy, my glutes are feeling it! Definitely been wanting and needing to focus more on stability especially on my R side so this was perfect and so effective! Thank you Sydney!! Hope y'all crushed it too, day 15 down!!

    This was humbling the standing bent fire hydrant was tough 😅 I felt a good burn in my hamstrings and glutes it was nice I crushed it

    Great workout! I have a healing hamstring tear, so I was actually able to do all the moves without modifying! And it worked all the areas my PT wants right now! Thanks Sydney!!! 😅

    Thanks so much. Been struggling with the conventional workouts. These help boost my morale. I can do them and not feel awful the next day. Maybe not the heavy dumbbells squatting routine but it’s something anyway 🎉. Happy Friday .🎯.
