These auditors really need to pick them up on this, especially the ones that visit industrial estates. I saw one where 3 units turned up for what is a legal activity. Can we assume that all of the burglary calls have been attended to?
Average of 4 days to attend a burglary.....

You don't need Flyer ID to fly a Mini2, but it needs to be registered with someone's operator ID. Well done Manbun for tripping him up over that, he did say you needed an Operator ID.

A reply, a year later.
DJ was ' caught' recording police employees number plates.
He informed the cop that was exactly what he was doing, documenting illegal plates.
He showed the cop the non- compliant plates he'd found.
In a police car park , so he had a valid reason to be there.
Cop was seething , desperate to eject DJ , so he slowly walked off site, recording as he left , to the footpath where he continued , zooming in on what he could see from there.

If he is an expert the police are in a very poor state.

I've really missed this duo so it's great to see them finally back. The drone merely creates further interactions with these public servants who have zero authority over public airspace which is governed by the CAA.

The dumbest ones think registration number plates are private, don't drive any vehicles on public roads or park in public view if they are that private to you.

Seriously, I despair at the lack of professional standards of the police. I notice that when police are aware of auditors and what auditing is, their behaviour is improved.

once it affects their pockets we shall see some.
Think back over the last 5 years to a time where Police were routinely detaining/arresting anyone filming them in the street and smashing their cameras or wiping the footage unlawfully. The fight has now been taken to them at their Police stations where the routine detainment/arrest/stop-search/general harassment has been replaced by a totally ineffectual "F*ck off". In short, the Police have now generally been forced back into their box, where they belong.
At the same time, there has been a massive increase in the number of citizens becoming more aware of criminal and civil laws, particularly relating to their activity being undertaken and more willing to complain and sue the Police. So much so that the Police have regularly been shown to be ignorant of law outside of the biased mainstream media, on the 'net and and in court.
The image of the street cop being an incorruptible, fit and strong professional, with a sharp legal mind and the backup of an organisation with superior resources out of the door, has been shredded and dumped in the garbage bin of history. Their unchallenged criminality, corruption and abuse of law and overzealous use of Covid19 legislation has ensured that citizens across the spectrum of British society that once supported the Police, now see them for what they always have been. The veil has been lifted. As Scotland Yard anti-terror chief Neil Basu stated regarding the overuse and abuse of Covid19 legislation by Police "Your conduct will be remembered for generations".
Many police are aware of auditors by now, but it hasn't improved their behaviour. Not of the ones who are tyrants, they just carry on anyways.

'You're filming registration plates', says the DS, whilst standing in front of a vehicle with NO spacing on the number plate, NO supplier i.d and NO BS number ( the need for the last depends upon date of fitting ). Further proof, if any were needed, that the Police don't police their own.

I am here to check the use of your drone is lawful ... but never mind unlawful burglaries (i added that bit because its true) , we dont give a toss about them.. Thats modern policing in a nutshell.
The reason for that is, they cannot generate any revenue from a burglary or other victim of actual crime. They are there to establish reasons for and to issue fines. Glorified Dick Turpin's really.

I couldn't work out if you were still flying the drone when Josh approached with his "oooh I'm a drone expert la la la" schtick, however if you were then he can't be that much of an expert because he interrupted a pilot while he was in the commission of flying his drone. I'm no drone expert but I believe that is in fact, a CRIMINAL OFFENSE
On another recent video a security person physically interrupted a pilot whilst landing a drone (DJ). I have reported it to the CAA. You could do same...I used the general email and asked them to forward to the relative department. Let's see what happens...😎

All registration numbers are public, not private as some cops would like them to be. We cannot access the database as to who owns them. They do and do so whenever they want to whilst driving around even when no offence has been committed yet when you film in a car park they are paranoid that you are filming personal cars and number plates. If cops are that paranoid over car number plates then cycle to work or change your job. Glad he used the term police constables and not officers. Cop is trying to be forceful but failing as you both know more about the laws than he does. This is another thing that cops do not like the public having a right to use drones in public as well as cameras. Good vid though NP.

Hi N p a, this one looks like fun, comes out and tells you what you have to have to be allowed to fly a small drone, suggests looking it up on the CAA web-site, then he has to get his 'phone to look it up, it then takes him another two minutes before he even sets off to get it!. When he returns he can only find that he has the right to inspect the thing!, he does not admit he was wrong to start with and embarks on an almost endless stream of copwaffle, what looks to me very much like a special form of passive aggressive tyranny.
The sergeant makes a complete tit of himself, telling you that you must not film the property of the DVLA, having failed to introduce himself properly to start with and not telling you about his BWC.
All it all a very good audit with the appropriate education presented in very good style!.
I am sure they will all learn a bit from the encounter, if only to be a bit more careful!.

Reg plates are not private regardless of where they are parked,police just like to inform people recording that these cars are personal then tell them that may cause problems for officers,intelligence 101 right there 🤔🤣

Police property is private property...whatever the ideology based on "who pays for it". Its owned by the local police and crime commissioners office...not by the public.
Access to police premises is "permissive"...that means you have an express permission to enter, but it can be revoked by any police employee at any time for any reason. There is no "right" to enter, be on, or film, on police premises.
Its understandable that many audit followers think signs are needed to signify private or restricted property, because a lot of auditors say and think that.
But its not true. There's no legal requirement for signs barriers gates or fences to denote boundaries or access restrictions.
