Yes, I know, but I find it harder to dodge the orbs flying at you than timing the lightning. It's tough to pick off just one at a time so you don't get overwhelmed.
I find it easier to dodge the bolts than shooting the lightning orbs away from him. They usually come away from him too fast for me to keep up with them.
For Bass perfect runs, I left that to a friend and fellow LPer, PinkKittyRose. Check out her channel for Bass Perfect Runs ;) She did it in coordination with my series, so she even does difficulty analysis and outtakes ;)
Indeed, I'm aware of this, but as I said, it's a bit of an iffy move to make. More often than not, I get the orbs flying off in such a way that they're spaced just wrong for me to be able to dodge them. I find it easier to count the lightning flashes ;)
@beedolphin1 Also, Magic Man can steal your health with his Magic Card, too. I'm not sure if Mercury from MMV GameBoy can heal himself with his weapon as you can when you get it.
Never commented on that? Damn, watch this years ago and forgot to comment. But damn, that victory was epic :D Dynamo Man is really cute and I wish they would give him more cameos :O He's pretty hard, but fair :)
@legionofpie Health. He will always do it at about one third of his heath and then uses it whenever he wants after that. You will never go without seeing that move at least once.
Even if you knew how to dodge them, It wouldn't be enough to cast all three orbs out of him thanks to the three-shots-on-screen rule, that is unless you're insanely close to him.
Indeed, the resemblance is quite notable. Some fans think that Dynamo Man may have served as a design basis for when Dr. Light made Plug Man, or something of the like.
Also, it's worth noting that after the L. Bolt's stall time in the air, there's a brief window that will allow you to air-jump... so you can air-jump indefinitely until you run out of power for it. This can let MegaMan reach areas you'd think only Bass could get to.
"Whoops, there goes my music." Always such a good line for a laugh. And for that matter, a lot of your commentary can get me laughing. And you've got me saying "Bugger" when things go wrong recently >.>" Its dog-goned nfectious for me... But about the video itself, its always a good show. I wouldn't dare doing this myself 0.o Waaay too tough for me. (Then again I've never actually played a Megaman game to really know. -.-") Here's to hoping you keep making videos.
Eh, don't go feeling that way. These are purely meant for entertainment. Dynamo Man's stage does take some getting used to, as do his attacks. The Lightning Bolt, it was only thanks to PinkKittyRose that I really learned how to dodge that fairly reliably.
There isn't a DynamoMan.EXE really, but I'm just imagining, if there was one, he would have been made to look extremely cute, much like IceMan.EXE and especially ToadMan.EXE were.
I let him do it eight times once when I was seeing how long I could go without taking damage. I got the impression that it is determined by his life meter first and is time-bound each time after.
Hey Roahm, a little helpful tip, when Dynamo Man gets ready to use his lightning bolt, you can keep shooting at his rotating orbs and he'll just throw them at you instead of using the lightning bolt.
I kinda found it ironic how we hate Dynamo Man for recharging energy, yet we want and use Energy Tanks all the time in other Megaman games. Does that make us hypocrites?
Only if you have a philosophy about fighting fair. You're also forgetting that Dynamo Man can, in theory, summon infinite generators, while players have very limited E-tanks
In the rematch, I went out of my way to use Eddie mid-fight just to insult Dynamo Man (who gave me a ton of trouble). The only time I used the Eddie item at all
Well, whatever else you do, I'm almost certain to watch. It's your personality I enjoy... You could make a video of your sorting bottles for recycling and I'd watch. XDXDXD
Yeah... I was also surprised to see this completed so quickly! :o You've really gotten the game going... so, curious... what are your plans for the series after R&F is completed?
Really? Hmm.... this is news to me. Ah well, I claim not to know all the secrets of the games, so it's interesting to learn new things like that ^_^; As for my plans after finishing the last two stages, I'll be showing how to get all 100 CDs, and after that... well, we'll have to see ;)
who? dynamoman? yeah, he pretty much have a backstory. he was a guide for children in a Power Plant, but king reproggramed his Electric System to hurt badly anyone who gets near him. this maked the children to go away, and dynamo thinks that its the children's fault (he dosen't know about the modifications), he went mad and attacks anyone who is near him... "be my friend like the old times..."
Nice job dude. I used to hate Dynamo man so much when I played this game. Although, you are going after my favorite robot master in this games. Are you ready to take the fight on the high seas and face Pirate man?
you know, many people hate Dynamoman because of the freaking difficult stage and boss...but...thinking about it, when you read his backstory...you can't help it but want to hug dynamoman... oh well, another work well done roahm....question: wath does mean the Dynamoman.EXE thingy?
you think? if im honest i would imagine him as a Mr.PROG upegraded to be an electrical operational program but not quite...remember heatman? in the classic series he's cute...but he gives the creeps as a navi...
4:50...eh ? Don't you try to stop them ? You can reduce the number of lighting bolts he'll cast. By shooting at him when the orbs are surrounding him, you may unfix some of these orbs from him, and so he'll be less dangerous, because he casts 1 lighting for each orb.
That usually kills the myth that playing as Bass in Mega Man & Bass is “easy” mode. Better mobility (even then, the dash can’t go under small things) isn’t everything.
This video proves Dynamo Man isn't as hard as many make it out to be... kinda like the Mega Man fanbase these days. Making things seem far bigger of a problem than they actually are.
Because that's your opinion. Roahm had his method to deal with Dynamo Man so he's not too hard. Honestly, to me, Dynamo Man is hard too, I'm probably giving him a 9 out of 10 (Not as bad as Burner Man though).
9:43
That's why dragons shouldn't drink Red Bull.
+Samantha&Rebekah's Mom I'm dying :D
Honestly, given that Dynamo Man is basically an elementally-swapped version of Heat Man, I reckon he'd look more like HeatMan.exe.
I'd love to see what Dynamo Man would look like Powered Up-style.
And the outtakes song for him I just find adorable...
Yes, I know, but I find it harder to dodge the orbs flying at you than timing the lightning. It's tough to pick off just one at a time so you don't get overwhelmed.
No wonder those Security Eyes are so evil: they reuse Ururuun's sprites!
Well, I still have to show getting all 100 CDs, and 8 and 9 still are there at some point in the future ;)
Ah, the Horming Torpedo, a classic, definitely.
I find it easier to dodge the bolts than shooting the lightning orbs away from him. They usually come away from him too fast for me to keep up with them.
@SaldyEmber He's just doing the one finger "Come here" thing.
4:10 I love how they don't even bother hiding that CD, they just drop it from the heavens
While it is an unusual position, it looks to me like he has his middle and index fingers out, as well as his thumb.
Thank you, and indeed I shall do my best ;)
For Bass perfect runs, I left that to a friend and fellow LPer, PinkKittyRose. Check out her channel for Bass Perfect Runs ;) She did it in coordination with my series, so she even does difficulty analysis and outtakes ;)
Sounds appropriate to me. I can just see him in his bubble with a chibi-fied body.
Maybe I should try to draw it sometime...
Indeed, I'm aware of this, but as I said, it's a bit of an iffy move to make. More often than not, I get the orbs flying off in such a way that they're spaced just wrong for me to be able to dodge them. I find it easier to count the lightning flashes ;)
The chipmunking part is so great
Something about hearing “bloody hell” in the chipmunk voice is hilarious.
It's rare I really have least favorites. I like all the MM10 designs in one way or another.
Much like my overcast day while going after Cloud Man X)
You can actually slide under securieyes laser if you time it right as megaman
@beedolphin1 Also, Magic Man can steal your health with his Magic Card, too. I'm not sure if Mercury from MMV GameBoy can heal himself with his weapon as you can when you get it.
Extremely late response, but yes, Mercury can heal himself if you get hit by the Grab Buster.
Never commented on that? Damn, watch this years ago and forgot to comment.
But damn, that victory was epic :D
Dynamo Man is really cute and I wish they would give him more cameos :O
He's pretty hard, but fair :)
@legionofpie
Health.
He will always do it at about one third of his heath and then uses it whenever he wants after that.
You will never go without seeing that move at least once.
That, I've never been quite certain of. Just that he can evidently spam it even if you destroy the generator once.
"Stop wasting time" :D Lol. That one was really funny!
"Bloody cheater!" lol
@@LegionOfBlues901 lol!! Love how the community is alive 😎😎
Thank you very much ;)
Let's be thankful that it is misspelled as 'Lightnig Bolt' or it would be completely unavoidable under normal circumstances...
SyntaxMagenta Fixed in GBA game
Dynamo Man didn't want to kill you, he only wanted to annoy you. :)
CastChaos He does a fine job of that.
Interestingly enough, there was a thunderstorm before I saw this.
Also, it's worth noting that after the L. Bolt's stall time in the air, there's a brief window that will allow you to air-jump... so you can air-jump indefinitely until you run out of power for it.
This can let MegaMan reach areas you'd think only Bass could get to.
Certainly, feel free.
Dynamo Man, Dynamo Man, doin' the things that a dynamo can...
"Whoops, there goes my music." Always such a good line for a laugh. And for that matter, a lot of your commentary can get me laughing. And you've got me saying "Bugger" when things go wrong recently >.>" Its dog-goned nfectious for me... But about the video itself, its always a good show. You'd make an adorable chipmunk! XD
Great video as always.
:(:(:(:( We're coming close to the end of the MM videos. :(:(:(:(

still cant believe you put yourself through this torture BEFORE doing wily stages lol. MM&B is the only megaman game i refuse to play its so brutal.
Why would he do the wily stages?
Dynamo Man would be one of the best Robot Master fights ever. Him generating his health brings him to be tied with Burner Man as the worst boss.
Wait, what? You can destroy thoser things that eyes coming from??? I didn't know that! Bugger!!
Hey Roahm, a little helpful tip, when Dynamo Man gets ready to use his lightning bolt, you can keep shooting at his rotating orbs and he'll just throw them at you instead of using the lightning bolt.

They spent that last bit of money on Horming Torpedo.
i love the battle network navi"s,Bass and Roll:)
Well, whatever else you do, I'm almost certain to watch. It's your personality I enjoy... You could make a video of your sorting bottles for recycling and I'd watch. XDXDXD
@SaldyEmber dude, its not a big deal. i actually got a pm from chuggaaconroy, and i didnt freak out! it was still exciting tho.
I guess the philosophy of "Lightning never strikes the same place twice" is the key to dodging Dynamo Man's Lightning Bolt.
*facepalm* I'm sorry about posting this, I usually just end the video after I hear the difficulty analysis -.- I missed the afterword about this :9
It's so weird just hearing him refer to Pink as a viewer, and not one of his good friends.
You make it look so easy and make me feel incompetent.
kinda, it's been hinted by his Database CD...i only know it by Megaman wikia...there must be a resourse...
Yeah... I was also surprised to see this completed so quickly! :o
You've really gotten the game going... so, curious... what are your plans for the series after R&F is completed?

I think they couldn't use the N in LightniNg Bolt because of the R they used to turn Homing Torpedo into Horming Torpedo.
I feel this is the only Robot Master that can regenerate during battle. Any thoughts people?
Shade Man can also steal health from you if he grabs you from up high. Magic Man can also steal health from you as well.
Dynamo Man reminds me of Bright Man.
Yeah, he does.
You can use the lightning bolt to do a double jump mid-air.
I always thought that Plug Man looked like this guy.
Great run as usual, keep it up :)
who? dynamoman? yeah, he pretty much have a backstory.

oh well, another work well done roahm....question: wath does mean the Dynamoman.EXE thingy?
I half expected you to use Dynamo's theme from Mega Man X5 as the outtake theme. Shoulda known better.
you think? if im honest i would imagine him as a Mr.PROG upegraded to be an electrical operational program
but not quite...remember heatman? in the classic series he's cute...but he gives the creeps as a navi...
Is his regeneration linked to HP or time?
LOOK AT DYNAMO MAN GO!!!!
When the electro balls are spinning around him, you can shoot the buster and prevent him from doing that attack.
He addresses that at 9:10
And at the sped up part at 10:08
4:29 Look at him go!!!
I dunno why but Dynamo Man strikes me as a romantic.
5:01 he would look like he's grunting.
Haha, well thanks then ;)
4:50...eh ? Don't you try to stop them ?
You can reduce the number of lighting bolts he'll cast. By shooting at him when the orbs are surrounding him, you may unfix some of these orbs from him, and so he'll be less dangerous, because he casts 1 lighting for each orb.
Dynamo Man is still kinda easy since Bass can double jump. He also cant heal as fast since Bass can use the Super Bass buster after 6 RMs. :P
@RoahmMythril I gotcha.
I have noticed that people who hate the Dynamo Man stage usually play Bass.
Do you play as Bass?
Is he playing as Bass? Perhaps you should watch the video...
That usually kills the myth that playing as Bass in Mega Man & Bass is “easy” mode. Better mobility (even then, the dash can’t go under small things) isn’t everything.
did anyone see lightnig bolt?
dynamo man stage is hard in the dark room
ON GBA it is so hard to dodge his thunderbolts !
Clap if you love Dynamo!
@MeatWisdom wait.... dynamo or dynamoman? meh... i guess i clap for both!
Probably Blade Man.
@legionofpie time
Wow! I had no idea that PinkKittyRose is a girl 7:37
IKR, most masculine username ever, am I right?
This video proves Dynamo Man isn't as hard as many make it out to be... kinda like the Mega Man fanbase these days. Making things seem far bigger of a problem than they actually are.
Dynamo Man is probably one of the most annoying Robot Masters in the Series. o___O
@MeatWisdom *clap*
Dynamo Man is supposed to be HARDER than Burner Man! WHY DID YOU GIVE HIM A 6!?
Because that's your opinion. Roahm had his method to deal with Dynamo Man so he's not too hard.
Honestly, to me, Dynamo Man is hard too, I'm probably giving him a 9 out of 10 (Not as bad as Burner Man though).
Because Dynamo Man really isn't that hard.... Perfect running, yes he can provide a challenge, but overall, it's not hard. Really
