  • Chrissie Hodges opens up about the often overlooked emotional side of OCD recovery. While treatment is essential for managing symptoms, Chrissie talks about the deeper struggles-grief, anger, and the feeling of loss that comes with years of battling OCD. I hate what OCD has done to me. It's taken so much of my life. I also have panic disorder and depression. I'm in an emotionally and mentally abusive relationship because of OCD. I can't work because of OCD (and the other disorders, plus physical disabilities). I'm severely obese. I have no friends or family IRL.
