A Simple Lesson on Tension

Finding humor and relieving tension in a class setting always feels good. Rather than being so completely hell bent on whether we are above or below the tension point or if it's a concave layer or a convex layer, focus on what happens when we actually touch hair and what we can expect out of our own approach and intent. Pick my brain, ask all the questions and remember it's not about copying how I work with hair, it's about exploring your own sensibilities so that the next time you approach, you will have more tools to pull from.
