- As an Artistic Director for Innersense Organic Beauty I have the amazing opportunity to test new products before they reach market. For the past year I have been experimenting with various iterations of I Create Curl Memory and in this video you will hear my honest thoughts on Innersense's latest release. Love that it’s a jelly like consistency and could potentially replace my usage of UFD in salon. I love UFD but I feel like it requires lots of water and can sometimes take my clients forever to dry.
I have been using UFD with significantly less water for over 2yrs now. It's possible.
Love the sound of this. . would like to see the full ingredients list on the back.
Very excited to see how this performs!
Very Informative. I just purchased the new I Create Curl Memory. Thank you for sharing.
I have low porosity hair and it caused lots of flakes . Also caused dryness.
Oooooh I’m very excited. When is this hitting the market?
Great video thank you
how about fine wavy hair would this product be too heavy?
Hi, would you recommend this product for wavy hair? I have high density 2A, B and maybe C waves. I don't tend to use products with protein in my hair. Thank you very much!
Hi Kathy. I use it on all natural hair.
I haven't had a lot of luck with innersense styling products for curly hair, I always end up with crispy, hard frizzy hair. I'm looking forward to this tho and what the reviews are, I'll definitely be picking this up at ulta for a test run. This looks like something i can use as a base gel alongside the likes if ufd or kinky curly
My recommendation, if you haven't already, look up the salons in your area that carry Innersense. Innersense has a salon locator on their website that can help you partner up with a professional. I would never anticipate that any of my guests would immediately love Innersense or any line for that matter, without my guidance on HOW to achieve the best result.
The crispiness wears off in the following days. Both the crispiness and hardness will help define the curl as it loosens up and becomes more fluffy. You can add some of the texturizing cream to finished hair to soften it up. I prefer my hair to be more "ramen-y" on the first two days because it lasts longer and is more defined for longer than if it were more fluffy the first day. As Aaron mentions, there needs to be a generous amount of water. I apply the leave in while I'm still in the shower with my hair wet.
I am not a hairdresser but mine taught me how to use the products for my hair, and I haven't looked back since.
