Gold Coast Half Marathon 2023 - Sub

Coming of a DNF at Noosa in the Marathon 5 weeks ago (ITB) and a DNF here in the Marathon in 2022 (also ITB!) I was looking foward to taking on a Half Marathon as I knew the distance was too short for that to stop me..
Next year I hope to run a successful full Marthon here
All my 3 girls ran I the 2km and 4km events on the same day so it was a great day out

Awesome pace, congratulations, well done! I’m running the Melbourne half mara in October, looking to finish in under 2 hours. If I can achieve that, I’ll enter the GC half Mara in 2024. It looks beautiful up there! Great video, thanks for sharing!
