Have you ever partially painted metal to expose the base color? I have a gold trundle bed and want to create a patina look on it but not sure if that calls for a glaze or a wax? A dry crush or a rag technique to add layers? There is a little bit of natural patina there but it "looks" more like a rust or something less beautiful so I want to enhance it. If you have any exposed metal projects, please share tips! Thanks.
