This video is helpful! I’m in my 8th month growing my wavy hair, about to chop it off when the LV Strip hotels reopen. But I changed my mind since I can make the sides less poofy thanks to his methods & a bit of trim on the sides.
The front of my hair reaches my bottom lip. I got a friend’s $800 thinning scissors. It’s all thinned out. I got a smoothing serum. Now it looks good. It’s similar to Bradley coopers hairstyle in a Star is Born.

I cut my hair messed up a lil bit this second time but it's fine I just need my top to grow grow grow
Get some good clippers. They are an investment. Watch some vids. Alpha Male has a great one. Just use a 4 or 5 guide and do the back and sides. If you feel brave after that then take it down a little more with a 3 or taper the bottom with a 2. If you screw it up... use more BluMaan stuff to make it work till it grows out. It is going to be a long 3 months.

I've been getting my girlfriend to cut my hair. I'm growing out the top so I've just clipped up all the top and had the longest grade possible on back and sides. But it's kept it manageable and doesn't look too bad because I have fringe anyway, it would look weird with a quiff though
Im just using oil since lockdown push it somewhat like the second hairstyle and leave it like that.

Joe, I like the 1st hair style-it looks tight! It really looks classic. I would dye the hair brown again though. Just stop at the drug store and buy ‘Just for Men Medium Dark Brown.’ It's a temporary dye - so you can’t screw it up.
If you are getting really tired of the length -- I think you MIGHT JUSt let Dinty cut it 😉 I think she could do a 'faux hawk' haircut fairly easy (just shave the sides with a 1 or 2 guard). Your face shape would look good with a 'faux hawk.'
