Stygian Snakewood Surf on Land glitch

Heyo, it's the Surf on Land glitch that I've seen happen in Ruby Destiny 1! Awesome that it's in this game. And even better because it changes to the Surf encounter table. If it's empty, you are safe from even Grass encounters!
Not like this'll help in any way, Pokémon can still basically two/four shot one's team. No clue how that's supposed to be normal Snakewood difficulty.
