Seafood Rotel Dip

Shrimp
1 lb of large shrimp (~25-27 pieces)
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic (or your favorite seafood seasoning!)
1/2 tsp Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Crab
1 pack of imitation crab meat (8 oz)
1/2 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Beef
1 lb ground beef
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1 block cream cheese
1/2 block Velveeta Cheese (16 oz)
1 pack Cheddar Jack or Colby Jack cheese (off the block grated cheese - 8 oz) (I used Tillamook)
2 cans Original Rotel Tomatoes (no salt added)
Seasonings: Adjust to your tasting - taste as you go!
1/2 tbs Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic
1 tsp Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay
1 1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs dried parsley flakes
Chopped Green Onions
Tortilla Chips (I used fresh tortilla chips from my grocery store’s deli area)
Nacho Cheese Doritos
*don’t forget to drain your ground beef before assembling the dip
*season very lightly with salt and pepper
*don’t skip out on the green onions
