O wow! This Gina woman can cook! I decided to add a packet of taco seasoning to my meat (90% lean) after I drained any excess fat. I also put a little fine chopped onion in with the beef. I used one can of Rotel and 1 can of Casa Mamita Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (No artificial preservatives) - Aldi's brand. I also used 1 can Ducal Refried Beans (Red). They are wonderful, if you have never tried them. I think they are the best canned refried beans I have ever had. They are available at Walmart and Target and probably other places. I liked Gina's tip on draining one can of the diced tomatoes with chiles - that works the best. Also, i'm glad she told us to add the milk, because the mixture really needs to be thinned out a bit. I added about a cup, maybe a little bit more. One of the "commentors" said to try it with lime flavored chips. I'll try that next time! Thanks, Gina for making us all hungry : ) and for sharing this great recipe!
Gina!!! I made this for Friday night or Saturday leftovers and it was a huge pot. I tasted a little right after cooking it and by Saturday afternoon when I really wanted some my three sons had eaten it ALL!!! Approved by Chris, Eric and Shaun😂😂... Sidenote: next time I will hide my portion first.

I love making a whole meal out of it sometimes! Corn chips are a must, though! A nice variation is to use Jimmy Dean sausage (pre-scrambled, with the ground beef or instead of the beef), either as part or all of the meat. And a little bit of dried minced onion.

Now I'm terrified that I'ma gain it all back because of GINA's food. I never watch recipe videos, even my son was like "what are you doing watching those" because I can cook pretty good but haven't done it in years, alot of years, I've become very lazy and went through some messed up stuff. Okay my point is if I was at Gina's house they would have to remove the house to get me out of it. How do you not gain weight Gina?

I just made some without milk but I do add 8oz of cream cheese and half a tub of sour cream, makes it real rich and thick! I didn't add rotel but I will try it next time or I have enough left, I can add some to it now! Love the stuff..
